Selective Laser Sintering is an industrial 3D Printing process which uses a high powered laser to selectively fuse powder material layer by layer to form a tough and durable part which can be used for end use. Parts are supported by un-sintered powder, which allows for very intricate parts of any geometry to be manufactured without the need for support structures. This allows us to print parts in any orientation, nest and pack parts to fill the chamber in all axis, stacking parts one on top of another and even nested within hollow cavities of other parts.

Produce tooling free parts which rivals the part precision of injection molded parts. Need parts in a hurry and cannot afford to wait for tooling manufacture or other slow processes, then SLS 3D Printing is your answer.
